Founded in 1980 our initial work focused on what we now call legacy systems and software. In 1995 we evolved into a start-up company oriented boutique search firm and worked closely with over 350 different Venture and privately funded software, networking/hardware, telecommunications vendors and professional services firms –many have been acquired, over 100 went on to successful IPOs and a few have disappeared. Today, we leverage these experiences and contacts to help you fill your mission critical slot quickly. Candidate database entries began in 1980. Today we update our 22,000 professional candidate database and 1,000 plus source lists daily.

In 2009 we began to offer additional services to augment our client's standard sales and marketing practices.
We now offer permanent, outsourced and temporary sales staff globally along with digital and traditional marketing and lead generation programs to empower our clients and the sales professionals we place to more effectively generate new customers and additional revenue streams.
