Arthur
Young, the founder of Delta Resources International
is a nationally recognized expert in the Enterprise Software
Industry. Arthur began his permanent placement and executive
search career in 1989. Arthur is a student of history, economics,
sales performance and motivation. A nationally syndicated
writer, Arthur's articles are widely read by Human Resources
and recruitment professionals. Arthur's orientation and understanding
of corporate sales organization challenges empowers his team
with the critical insights necessary to attract, qualify and
assess high performance technology sales and technical talent.
Arthur has integrated marketing business research and sales
talent vetting to assist emerging and established Enterprise
Software firms to build field sales and support teams, revenues
and investor value. Arthur and his team won numerous awards
for success in recruiting, including Office of the Year, #1
of 550.
Prior to entering the executive search profession, Arthur
had a successful career as entrepreneur and corporate executive.
Immediately after college, Arthur started and built a ten-store
franchise with an initial investment of $1,000.
In 1983, Arthur joined CMC, a professional services firm.
He grew annual sales from $5 million to $50 million in 6 years.
Arthur's multi-million dollar outsourcing agreements with
Merrill Lynch, The Federal Reserve Bank and Mass Mutual positioned
CMC as innovator in desktop services. CMC became the 'roll-up'
platform for Entex. Entex's Professional Services Group was
sold to Siemens Business Services for several hundred million
dollars.
Arthur earned his BS from CCNY with concentration in Economics.
Arthur is a former associate in the New Jersey Youth at Risk
Program.
