Arthur Young, the founder of Delta Resources International is an award winning individual producer and firm manager who leads by example.

A n excellent trainer, Arthur routinely attends courses, workshops and seminars to improve results and add value to his team, candidates, partners and clients.

Arthur has integrated social marketing, business/Internet research and talent vetting processes to assist emerging and established firms in building, supporting and selling world class products throughout the US.

Boasting over 500 personal placements, requiring full cycle recruitment including: hunting/cold calling for qualified Job Orders, searching/headhunting attracting top level talent for startup firms, negotiating and closing candidates and hiring managers over the last 15 years.

Arthur and his team won numerous awards for success in recruiting, including Office of the Year, #1 of 550.

Prior to entering the executive search profession, Arthur had a successful career as entrepreneur and corporate executive.
In 1983, Arthur joined CMC, a professional services firm. He grew annual sales from $5 million to $50 million in 6 years. Arthur's multi-million dollar outsourcing agreements with Merrill Lynch, The Federal Reserve Bank and Mass Mutual positioned CMC as innovator in desktop services. CMC became the 'roll-up' platform for Entex. Entex's Professional Services Group was sold to Siemens Business Services for several hundred million dollars.
Immediately after college, Arthur started and built a ten-store franchise with an initial investment of $1,000.

Arthur earned his BS from CCNY with concentration in Economics.
